This program will examine the effects of stress on the brain and other health impacts and healthy strategies to manage and mitigate the effects.
This program is intended for psychologists, social workers, educators, and license mental health counselors.
By the end of this training session, participants should be able to:
- Identify the causes of stress
- Discuss the impact of stress on the brain and physical and emotional heattlh
- Identify healthy strategies to lower stress and manage its effects.
