Armand Hunter
Associate Director of Veteran Outreach and Peer Support at Home Base, A Massachusetts General Hospital and Red Sox Foundation Program
Armand Hunter has been with Home Base since 2015 and currently serves as Associate Director of Veteran Outreach and Peer Support, helping to guide and keep Veterans into care within the program. He also spearheads the building and maintaining of connections with veteran service organizations and corporate partners in the community. Armand has also been with the Massachusetts Army National Guard for 21 years, rising to the rank of Sergeant First Class before transitioning to be a warrant officer in 2015. During this time, he participated in two combat deployments to Iraq, one to Afghanistan, and another deployment to the Horn of Africa. Before coming to Home Base, Armand was a military technician, working for the federal government.
