Description

Acceptance-based behavioral therapies include dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. ABBTs are effective in both reducing symptoms and promoting quality of life in a wide range of clinical conditions, including generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
