Dr. Millstein provides research management for the services provided at Home Base in the Home Base Mind-Body Health and Well-Being programs (Resiliency, Warrior Health & Fitness, and all other mind-body medicine initiatives).

Jeff Huffman, Elyse Park, Anne Thorndike, and Brian Healy), has been a Co-Investigator on numerous NIH and foundation-funded grants, and is currently co-leading a 3-year health behavior change study funded by a philanthropic partner. Beyond her role at Home Base, Rachel started the psychology clinic in the MGH Cancer Center Lifestyle Medicine Program in 2020, the MGH Post-Partum group in 2022, and is the current Clinical Psychology Internship Liaison to the MGH Health Promotion and Resiliency Intervention Research Center (HPRIR).
