Overview
Transforming Healthcare with Digital Tools and Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges
Description:
Most individuals who are suffering from mental illness are not receiving any care at all, and those who do often face challenges accessing high-quality care. Dr. Wilhelm will discuss new AI-powered therapist-facing tools and smartphone-based treatments for a range of mental health issues. She will also review the potential risks and implementation challenges associated with these novel approaches.

- Explain why technology-based treatments are promising for expanding care to underserved populations.
- Describe the status of technology-based treatments and their efficacy.
