Module 2: Charge Up
Many stressful situations are accompanied by feelings of a sense of loss—loss of jobs, social connections, health, security, sense of normalcy. During these times we may feel like doing nothing, when actually doing something is critical for building resilience. In this module, Dr. Marques teaches us how to Charge Up by planning and completing activities that improve mental and physical health. This module features a brief lecture video, followed by two videos in which Dr. Marques helps Sam learn and practice the skill of Charge Up to help her get unstuck and moving toward applying for new job opportunities.
