Module 4: Explore Thoughts
In uncertain and stressful times, our minds sometimes jump to the worst possible outcome or narrow in on specific parts of what is happening. A key to staying healthy during times like these is having a method for exploring what we are saying to ourselves. In this module, Dr. Marques will help learners better understand the truthfulness and helpfulness of their thoughts and begin to craft more balanced ways of thinking. The module features a lecture video on the steps and nuances of this skill, followed by two videos in which Dr. Marques works with Serena to help her explore the thoughts she has about her ability to manage as a leader, mother, and daughter in the face of unprecedented challenges.
