  • Define the unique features and benefits of contemplation and empathy-focused approaches that distinguishes them among BHI's core meditation methods.
  • Develop skill in contemplation and empathy-focused meditation methods.
  • Review evidenced-based applications of contemplation and empathy for clinical use.
  • Illustrate the functional expression of empathy as a means to enhance resiliency, protect provider burnout and increase patient compliance.
